The Houzz Mastercard & Credit Card

Brand the Houzz Mastercard and credit card for Houzz’s premium home renovation professionals and home owners alike.

The Solution

Renovating and decorating your home can be expensive, why not make the process a little less painful to your wallet. Partnering with Comenity Capital Bank, Houzz developed two credit cards, the Houzz Credit Card and the Houzz Mastercard Credit Card with it’s home professional and home enthusiasts.

Creating a sleek identity, the overall result was a cohesive system of deliverables that all tie together through the use of black, 3D renders, and Houzz photography. The goal was for the overall look to not only feel premium, but also very Houzz. I achieved this for the card through the use of black-on-black foiling and the abstract use of our “h” mark. Wanting to showcase the cards in their carrier, intro kit, site banners and landing page, we used rich charcoal blacks, neutrals, sleek photography, and simple renders.
